I’m almost 44 and for the Last few years been feeling hot at times, periods used to be bang on 28 days but became 24-31 days.
For the last few months I’ve had a bit of a pain really low in my pelvis on one side and having periods every 2 weeks, lasting my usual 4/5 days, normal bleeding.
I’ve now not had a period in 5 weeks.
DH had a vasectomy 8 years ago.
Is this it ? Menopause.
Cant get an appointment with gp for 3 weeks !

I’d say so, yes. But any changes should be seen.

That's how I knew I'd started perimenopause, with regular periods becoming erratic. I was the same age as you, OP.

I think you need to get the pelvic pain checked out though.
