I usually have a very heavy af that lasts 4 days. It was 2 days late, and I started spotting last night - only a small amount amount of blood when I wiped, nothing other than that. Was all fine over night, then when I woke up this morning I had a small gush of blood. Since then I’ve been wearing a pad, completely dry but I am passing clots and stringy blood when I go to the toilet.
Af is usually very heavy for me so this has totally taken me by surprise. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
