Can anyone advise me on ovulation please ?
So last month September I had some spotting ( pinkish ) in my cervical mucus , ( fertile mucus , clear and stretchy ) came on my period on the 18th , so fast forward to this month . Period came on 14th , which makes my cycle 26 days . Yesterday 23rd I had spotting again in my discharge. ( according to flow app I’m ovulating ) which is probably right as I can tell by discharge , sorry tmi . Has anyone experienced spotting while ovulating ? I’ve never had this before and dunno why it’s starting now . I have health anxiety and this has sent my mind into over drive .
