Pain sex 18 months post c section

I had a c section 18 months ago and I get pain every time we do it, the pain feels like it’s in my stomach area and I’ve had it ever since I had my baby. Is this a common thing?

Didn't want to read and not say anything I had my baby 11 month ago by emergency C-section, and when we do it sometimes I get pain in my left hip, I've had a smear, and an internal ultrasound but nothing had shown anything so far so I'm thinking it could but scar tissue maybe.
