I’m 50, and I had a successful ablation 6 months ago. I’m starting to get recurring yeast infections for the first time in my life.

OTC canistan doesn’t seem to knock it out entirely. Any advice? I feel a bit incompetent, I can’t seem to deal with this correctly.

One thing that is meant to help is sorting out the gut bacteria so I bought pills from Holland and Barrett for that. Messaged you also.

I've just been using actigyn. You can buy it at the chemist or order online. It was recommended by a few people here. I've used it for five days and it does seem to have held things at bay.

Fluconazole pills. £10.99 for 3 from Amazon. Take one and you should feel relief within an hour. Sometimes I take another after 3 days then the last one 3 days later just to make sure it's gone

Thank you all for the advice and tips. I’m going to try some of them now!
