Its not just the usual sort boobs, tired and emotional. I feel flu like...aching limbs, nausea, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, reflux. I feel so dry like my skin is dry and I'm really thirsty all the time. It's always days and days before my period too. 50% of the time I'm not feeling 100% due to this. I can't take the pill and dont want anything hormonal. I wondered what alternative remedies might be out there that anyone can recommend?

I think you should go to the GP for a check up. Could be many things, not just PMT

Inknownits not what anyone wants to hear and it's easier said than done, especially in the days before.yoir period, butncutting out refined sugar made a huge difference to me.

The first 10 days is really hard going, but after that you honestly stop wanting it but don't under any circumstances think you can have just one or you'll be back to square one
