Before I explain my symptoms on here, I am definitely going to the doctors asap as I know posting won't give me diagnosis or anything!! Having Googled (I know, I know), there's nothing that fits my symptoms.
I have developed quite severe pain very low down in my pelvis. Def not stomach pain. Just feels like there's something in there.
Pain seems to be deep inside - where my womb would be I guess. Also have lower back pain. Sometimes more at the front, sometimes back.
It's a constant dull heavy ache, but occasionally very sharp. No other symptoms.
No bleeding, normal periods. I have a Mirena.
The thing that worries me is that it's worse if I need a poo (sorry!). Could something be pressing on my bladder / bowel?!!
I'm very worried. What on earth could it be??
