Rash on breast..any ideas what it is?

Hi all, I'm currently being treated for an infected insect bite I got whilst abroad last week. Its being treated with clindamycin and fucidin H cream. Yesterday I developed a rash on my breast. It seems to be spreading. Could they be related or does anyone have any idea what it could be please? (The rash is non blanching - have attached glass pic) Thanks

Please call 111 and get proper advice on that. Non blanching rashes, combined with a known infection, need to be taken seriously

A reaction to the antibiotics?

As above, I wouldn't mess around with that. Whilst waiting for further medical advice I might try an antihistimine (if OK with other medication) to see if it was an allergic reaction.
