I went for a mammogram last week & unfortunately received a letter saying I had to go back for further investigations. I was told I had microcalcifications in one breast which had appeared since my previous mammogram. Yesterday I had more mammograms using a different machine & was told I needed a biopsy. I was told the consultant said it was 50:50 as to what the results will be. Please can anyone tell me their good or not so good results & what then happened as I am now waiting 2 weeks for my results.
