Just found out ive had a tampon in for over 24 hours and entirely forgot about it
I don't know how I did that, I only found out by chance as well. Had a tummyache earlier just thought it was an off day.
Not much point to this post other than to remind women and girls to keep their head in the game and remember what they're doing!

Did this last month, out one in forgetting to take first one out - busy between teaching lessons at work! It was 36 hours for me and I didn't feel great. Couldn't believe I did it, never happened before and I'm almost 40!

I'm in my 40s and I'm genuinely shocked that's just happened.
How bizarre

I've found since having the kids and I assume just being busier I often forget about that last tampon put in and then I'll be like oh god yeah it's been in since this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ it must happen all the time xx
