Anxiety rash / stress / food intolerance

I just wondered if anyone gets this same sort of rash as me / anyone knows what it is? I do have anxiety so I’ve always put it down to that but I get it all the time, even if I’m not anxious? I just wondered if it could be like an intolerance to something. It feels prickly and a bit itchy when I do get it? Any ideas? I’d ask the doctors but they are only dealing with urgent cases, this isn’t urgent of course and something I wondered if I could sort myself? Thanks :-)

@Mimiandme Yes I get this too but alot worse but never itches though.
I can't believe how much it has impacted my life, my inability to promote/push myself and go for a better career choice, my confidence and my relationships. I'm 100% sure I've been overlooked for promotion at work because of it. It makes me feel ugly, awkward and weird. I'm so self conscious all the time like I have something living in my body which I have no control over. I have tried so many things but I have suffered in silence almost all my life. I have had the statutory blood tests, which were all clear, antidepressants, HRT, creams, lotions.
Sorry to be so down but I'm literally crying writing this.I hope you can find a solution or some help 🙏. If you do please let me know. Thank you!

That looks like an urticaria/hives rash which can be allergy related or not. Definitely see your GP about it.
