Help/advice needed for possible Endometriosis

I'm mid 40s and for the past 6-9 months I've been having bowel/abdo issues - including constipation and then urgency. I also have constant abdo pain, predominately in my left hand side that gets much just before and during my period. This month I feel like I'm in some kind of flare as the pain is not subsiding. Shooting pains on my left hand side that radiate to my back and my whole abdo area feels like it us on fire 🥺
Scans, fit test and ca125 for cancer all negative. I have been referred to gynae as this is what my gp believes I have.
I am so low being in pain all the time and stuck as paracetamol barely touches the pain but codeine type meds make me constipated, exarcerbating the bowel issues. I'm getting some relief from hot water bottles. I had a mirena fitted a few months ago to see if that would help.
Does this sound like endo? I've had children in my 20s.
Thank you for getting this far. I just want my life back 😪

Endometriosis cannot be ruled out here. Any pain that is cyclical in nature and or gets worse up to and including menses should be checked out to see if endo is present. It’s usually diagnosed through a keyhole surgery op called a laparoscopy.

Thank you, I'm hoping the gynae will refer me for one.

You sound just like me. Exactly the same symptoms.
Pain on left side - worse before periods. Not passing stools for days.
I thought I had endo but the MRI didn't show it (I heard it normally doesn't). I did have a lot of scar tissue however.
FIT, transvaginal scan and bloods clear.
I also had an endoscopy (had also been suffering awful reflux) and a colonoscopy. Nothing sinister other than a hiatus hernia and a redundant colon (causes constipation apparently).
Also mid 40s - no idea why this has only started in the last few months.
Had Covid a year ago which caused awful reflux and it all kicked off from there.
Managing it by avoiding certain foods and senokot so it is okay but annoying.
Hope you find some answers.

Problem bowels, I'm so sorry to hear you are going through the same thing. I can't imagine how you feel being so symptomatic without a formal diagnosis. That scares me, as I'm holding on to the hope that when they do a laraposcopy that they will find something. In the hope I can get some treatment!
