I have adenomyosis and my last 4 periods towards the end I have felt dizzy faint nauseous and had diarrhea, my gp has said this is because the adenomyosis has spread to my bowels but I can't see any info saying that it can spread only endometriosis spreads to other organs, could there be another cause, anyone had this? How do you stop it
