Greeny brown discharge from nipple

Yesterday after a bath my boobs felt "odd". A bit like when a feed is overdue but I've not done any breastfeeds for about three years! On feeling my boobs though I found I had a discharge that was a dark greeny brown colour. Thicker than water/milk.

I don't know if I should be concerned or not?!

I've no pain, swelling, can't feel any bumps, no fever, etc.

Probably nothing serious, but could well be an infection and they can get nasty.
