Boob reduction recommendations

I'm mid 30's, had my kids, I'm 5ft 3 but with 32GG boobs.

They constantly hurt my back and shoulders and are always in the way. Despite buying good fitting bras from places like Bravissimo but I'm yet to find a comfortable bra that doesn't dig in.

I've tried loosing weight and exercise but unless I am an really unhealthy weight my boobs don't reduce in size.

Can anyone recommend a surgeon in the UK that can do a breast reduction and lift?

I'm looking for excellent aftercare and for the operation to be done in England rather than abroad.

I have tried Molke bras. They are comfortable but don't do much in terms of support and minimising. Thanks for your suggestion

I have my eye on a surgeon called Riaz. He's at Spire healthcare Hull. Expert and uses a specific technique that he's won awards for.

If you use Facebook there's a UK breast reduction group with recommendations on.

I'm desparate for a reduction and lift but also cash strapped sadly so for now it's just a pipe dream!!

Is London any good for you? Absolutely no personal experience with him but Dan Marsh (@ dr_danmarsh on Instagram) seems to get some beautiful results, might be worth a look?
