Physio for PCOS?

I got a message from my local clinic to say that I have a physiotherapy appointment in 3 weeks time.. but I never booked or arranged with my doctor to start physio.

The last time I was in with her was about a month ago because I couldn't put up with the lower back/pelvic pain from the cysts (and a womb complication) anymore. I was given metformin but had to stop after just over a week because it made me very unwell.

We never discussed physio as an option and I honestly don't even know if it's a method of helping women with PCOS but it's the only reason why I've been called that I can think of.

I tried to call to ask but had no reply. Will try again tomorrow but just wondered does anyone have an idea?

Did anybody else use physio to help with PCOS and pains?

Sound like the message wasn't meant for you?
