What does low blood pressure feel like

I'm pregnant and I've got quite low blood pressure I think (around 90/60 ish). I've been having some horrible symptoms and wondering if it's low blood pressure. I've had my heart checked back in June (ecg and echo) which were fine and I've been feeling the same way since then so am wondering if it's not effects from my heart that I'm feeling but low blood pressure. For those that get it or have had it during pregnancy...what has it felt like for you?
The things I'm feeling are fatigue/very tired, heart feels jittery and feeling weak, palpitations and nausea. Almost in 3rd trimester.

That sounds like low iron / anaemia symptoms.

DevaleraSpawnOfSatan · 28/09/2022 00:20

Based on my (non pregnant) BP that is positively high,............... 60/40 anyone ??

I agree with a previous poster and suggest you bulk up on the iron.

For me it's always feeling 'spinny' when I stand up. I'm frequently in the 70/50s but I'll grow out of it (my gp told me at 16yo, 30 years ago...) Tiredness, jittery could be a million things op including pregnancy norms.

Increase your fluids op.

Not really any of those symptoms OP.
Dizziness on standing, a tendency to faint, light headed. Had it from puberty and the good news @Fuuuuuckit is that I did mostly grow out of it post menopause. Comes back when I am I'll.

Apparently for the bottom number anything over 80 is okay (had mine done today) Apparently this is normal for me. I also have low iron so wonder if the two are connected.

Ahh I didn't even think about iron levels. Could very possibly be that. I am due my 2nd set of bloods soon so maybe that will shed some light on it. Thanks all. :)
