Cancer or nothing? Tell me good outcomes!

I have discovered dimpling on my left breast and also some nipple changes. I've also had some pain there. I have a family history of breast cancer, including my cousin who had to have a double mastectomy two years ago.

I'm hoping I'm just scaring myself and it's all nothing! Anyone else been in this situation? All of my googling just leads to "yes it was/is cancer!" Hoping to hear more "boring" stories to reassure me

I'm sure that the NHS advice is any dimpling in the breast and changes in nipple should be seen by a GP asap. I would imagine you would be put on the 2 week fast track to the breast clinic and seen promptly for tests. I'm not staying this to worry you OP but I would get the ball rolling

Sorry, forgot to mention in my original post I'm getting an emergency mammogram tomorrow but just thinking the worst. Hoping someone can tell me that it turned out ok in the end!
