During early pregnancy (around 3 weeks) I had a scan that noted that I had heterogeneous myometrium and the endometrium was thick and heterogenous in which the Dr said it was thick due to early pregnancy. It also said my right ovary was slightly bulky. (Which I read could be due to recent ovulation) I had a termination following this a couple of months ago and the scan said my uterus was homogenous without facial lesion the endometrium was regular thickness and both ovaries were normal and it was a normal study.
So how did all these issues disappear?
The Dr never mentioned anything about my uterus being heterogenous but when I googled it it seemed to be quite serious and said there was no treatment but surgery.
Now it's gone back to being homogenous.
I'm so confused.
I have attached the ultrasound results for reference. Thanks for reading it you made it this far!
