Advice after radical hysterectomy for ovarian cancer

4 weeks ago I had a radical hysterectomy, removal of massive ovarian (endometrioid) tumour, removal of para aortic & pelvic lymph nodes & omentum. I've just had the detailed histology results back & there is no evidence of spread so I'm not having any further treatment, woohoo! But regular check ups ad infinitum.
I'm 50, & can't have HRT as it was a hormone sensitive cancer.
I'm still feeling so relieved after the good news, but also trying to get my head round the long term implications of what I've been through. I'd love to hear from others who have experienced similar & any supplements you take, anything I should be thinking about, what has helped you, any useful websites etc.
I'm thinking about risk of lymphoedema, bone protection, heart health but consultant didn't seem concerned.
Thanks in advance 🙂
