UTI?

I’ve booked an appt with my pharmacist but just wondered whether anyone has experience of uti?

i have no stinging or burning when I wee but constantly feel the need to go to the toilet. Even after I’ve just wee’d it feels like more needs to come out. Bottom of back feels sore too

I had that this year. No burning (which I've had before with UTI), but back pain, and after a few days feeling feverish and quite unwell. It took 3 courses of antibiotics to finally clear.
