So not sure if I am allowed to post this so I'll put an emoji over my nips. Last night I went to bed and had pain in my right breast. It felt really tender and had shooting pains, I'm not on my period and it's not due. I woke this morning to this lump on my areola, I normally have little bumps around my nipple but this one is really swollen. It's red and really really sore to touch. I'm not breastfeeding or pregnant. Does anyone know what it could be?
