How to lose weight with PCOS

Hi all,
Background: I am mid diagnosis of PCOS, blood tests have confirmed it, I had a scan but during it they found a polyp in my womb so I have been referred for a hysteroscopy to investigate this as a priority so the PCOS issues have been sidelined whilst I wait for this.
I've had 2 babies in 21 months and gained a lot of weight which I now can not for the life of me get rid of, I'm really trying (I have bad days I'm not perfect) but on the whole I eat few enough cals that I should be losing weight but it won't budge, I don't work out as such but I have a baby and a 2 year old so I don't sit down all day from getting up to going to bed. Has anyone got any help or advice on how you successfully lost weight with PCOS? TIA

Take inositol every day, give it 3 months to work. Go on a calorie deficit diet. Focus on low GI foods if you can (read up on pcos and how it's related to blood sugar/insulin/testosterone).
Expect your weight loss to take roughly twice as long as normal people would lose on the same diet. But it will work eventually if you do it properly and weigh literally everything you eat and drink.
Good luck!

Second, low GI food

its an insulin resistance issue and you’ll get the best results by eating low GI and if you can go full keto (without the seed oils and fake keto foods that have flooded the market)

I am currently trying to do this after having DD1 last year. Low carb, low sugar, low dairy apparently works well. The Fast 800 is supposed to be good for PCOS because of the similarities between PCOS and diabetes on hormone levels.

I’ve not lost weight (as I’m not trying to) but weight training has been a god send. For the first time in my entire life I have something resembling a flat ish stomach rather than a bowling ball. Also getting steps in
