Ovarian cyst or something else?

Hi all. Yesterday I had some excruciating, fairly sudden onset “period” pains - I think I triggered it by vigorously scrubbing the floor 🙄I played it off at first as period pain - as it was uterus cramps, vagina pain, back pain, leg pain, and discomfort weeing/urgency to wee. But in actuality it was the 6th day of my period, and I didn’t bleed any more after it happened (not normal period blood, just some watery red blood). My period is stopped now. So I don’t think it was likely to be regular period pains?

It lasted about 3 hours and at one point was so painful I thought I’d have to ask my husband to take me to the hospital. Pain levels were comparable to labour. It dissipated with painkillers and I went to bed, but today (next day) I’m still getting some watery almost orangey-red blood when I wipe (not period blood).

I’m wondering if I could have an ovarian cyst which got twisted or burst through vigorous exercise - has anyone experienced this?

I’ve had two c-sections and I do feel like I have a lot of internal scarring/adhesions (hard to describe, sometimes it feels painful when I fully stretch out, like my instinct is to hunch over my uterus). I’m early 30s and no experience of cysts/endometriosis/PCOS previously.

Any insight much appreciated, thanks!
