Where is ovary pain felt?

I have had pain for 3 months very nearly on public bone to the left.
Is this where ovaries are or are they further up.
Also pain in the back at the same area and pressure inside vagina in same side.
What could it be?

Have you discussed this matter with a GP?

Are your periods very painful?

Are these pains cyclical in nature?.

The uterus is located behind the pubic bone.

I would suggest you keep a daily pain and symptom diary noting such symptoms and pain on a scale from 1-10.

@AttilaTheMeerkat I am not having periods as I gave birth 7 months ago and am breastfeeding.
