dried up milk on nipples- not pregnant

Just as the title says really- it's white in colour mainly but has also been green. Noticed it over the last few weeks. Last baby was two years ago and didn't breastfeed. No pain/ lumps and in both boobs.

it's not wet as such just like dried up bits of skin it looks like?

@worryneedadvice Please don’t panic but see your GP. Most of the time this kind of thing it’s harmless, but always have any breast changes checked. I foolishly delayed been seen myself but luckily it wasn’t anything to worry about.
