I don't get super painful periods but this cycle I have I'm in agony. My period has been crampy and very heavy then this passed from me today.

Is this endometriosis tissue?

I don't take birth control I did have sex around ovulation this month. I don't take any other medications apart from the co-codamols I have taken this month for how bad my pain is

Endometriosis is when the lining of the womb grows outside the uterus so you wouldn’t pass endometrial tissue from endometriosis if you get me.

It looks like a normal clot.

Decidual casts really, really hurt and are often accompanied by clots because there isn't the constant shedding of small pieces to keep the flow going; the longer the blood takes to leave, the more likely it is to clot.

I don’t think so, I’ve had similar. Think it’s just a large clot. No endometriosis here.

Hiya I'm very late here but was searching endo posts. Just wanted to say that I have bad adenomyosis (and endo) and had about 3 of these decidual casts (not always painful) over the years before I had mirena coil.
