Mastitis complication?

Hey! I just finished a seven-day treatment for mastitis (antibiotics). It was AWFUL.

I kept breastfeeding, but it wasn't until today I realised my breast is still very hard to the touch, it hurts a bit and it appears to have some lumps. I took a warm shower and massaged it the best I could, but it is still there. The area affected is quite big. I breastfeed right away and nothing really changed.

Should I go to the hospital again?

As someone who currently struggling with really bad case of mastitis myself, and second one in 6 weeks, definitely go back to the hospital. Firstly they need to give at LEAST 10 days, but ideally 14 course of antibiotics, otherwise infection might not be completely cleared. But for some reason lots of GPs prescribe only 7.
