My little girl is nearly 10 weeks old and I had my 1st period on 25th July, was a fairly normal period which lasted about 5 days, not particularly heavy it painful.
The last 2/3 days I feel like I've been coming on my period agajn, I've had mild period cramps and spotting, as if I'm about to come on my period. My cycles before having my daughter were rofuijky every 28/29 days so this has confused me.
I am not pregnant, and I have not gone on the pill (so I know it's not from the hormones in pill) and I am not breastfeeding
Has anyone else experienced this?
Could this still be my hormones going back to normal?
