10 days late and clotting

Mg period started this afternoon after being 10 days late and now I am clotting really badly
Should I be worried ? Am happy to provide pics

Have you done a pg test? That would be my first thought. Seine would be perimenopause. Any changes you need to see a gp.

I did a pregnancy test this morning before my period came and it was negative
