White "stones" on pelvic ultrasound - panicking

Hi everyone - I would really appreciate some advice. I had toddler DD through IVF and we've just started the process to transfer the second embryo. I had a routine scan at the clinic today and the vaginal ultrasound picked up about 4-5 small white shapes in my uterine lining. I asked the technician what they were and she said "could be anything" and that the consultant would discuss it with me at my appointment on Friday afternoon.

If they're showing up white on ultrasound, then they're quite dense, aren't they? Solid? Google is telling me everything from uterine cancer to calcified bits of retained placenta!

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I'm really worried.

Most likely harmless polyps.

Why don't they have someone doing the scan who can tell you what they see?

I immediately thought of uterine polyps but the Google images I've found of those look nothing like what I could see on screen. Mine were small whife uneven shapes.

I did ask the technician and she literally said "could be anything" and said my consultant would go over it on Friday with me Sad

I'd not go by what google images look like and what you saw. I've had polyps and they look like a white blur on the screen, almost impossible to see what they are, unless a medical expert.
