My fanny has dandruff

I have had the worst time with my undercarriage.

I had BV, which I think I treated successfully with Canesten for BV.

But then I had symptoms of thrush. I used a test to determine if it was still BV or thrush, then used the pessary and cream, which was kind of helping but the skin on my vulva is FLAKING and looks like a white lizard!! When I scratch, dry skin falls off. Some skin isn't fully dry and if I scratch it off, I bleed.

I know, I know, stop scratching. But it's so itchy!!

Has anyone had anything like this or have any insight into wtf is happening to me?

I hope not! I'm 30 and TTC, which I think is why I've been getting recurring thrush (this is the 3rd time since Christmas?) but I've never had these awful skin issues.

Oops. Ask for some Daktacort (steroid and antifungal), it's really soothing as toy keep it in the fridge. The steroid will soothe the itch and the antifungal will sort the 'dandruff'. It's possibly caused by using the other creams and the normal flora have been disrupted.

Could be a patch of localised eczema just like that. I developed it out of the blue and it was mistakenly diagnosed as thrush for years. Doc gave me betnovate ointment and that cleared it up. Soap products can set it off, also hormones and then alcohol used to trigger mine esp white wine.
