Just sounding off and asking for advice.
Basically my periods are all over the show. Just stopped bleeding after 3 weeks. Tmi, I pass massive clots, talking half the size of my hand here! Docs have suggested I use the combined pill or then get the mirena coil. A scan last year showed I have a thick endometrial lining (18mm, not that it means anything to me). Just want advice/stories. Has anyone been through this, does the coil help thin it as this is what they've told me? I'm worried now as I'm 36 and would like another baby. I have a 5 year old already. I was at work last week during the heatwave and had two massive accidents, blood literally everywhere despite wearing pads. Has anyone been through this? I'm fed up and I can't keep on living through this every month ( I don't have a regular cycle either)..😔
