Persistent burning down below

Hi everyone, I have Lichen Sclerosis so I do get burning now and again but it does go again very quickly, I've had burning for about a week now that seems to have reached its peak, I'm on fire and sore around the area, I'm not sure what is causing this but I don't have pain or pain when urinating, no discharge out of the normal.
I've took a thrush pessary last night but I don't feel any kind of relief and feel like I need to sit in an ice bath.
My ex partner did cheat on me recently so I was worried about std's but he did a full health check and shown me the results on the hospital website, I have got a self testing kit coming but do not think this is the cause if I'm honest. Could this be my Lichen Sclerosis? Tried getting in with gum clinic but they have no appointments so sent me a test kit which seems to be taking it's time to get here and is only adding to the anxiety! Not sure what else this could be... any tips to help a burning down below? 😩
