After gathering courage for a few years, I'm having a Mirena fitted this week. I have never had any kind of coil before, so not sure what to expect. I have had a look on threads on here, so I know to take painkillers before I go. Is there anything else I need to think about?
When people say the bleed after, is it straight after? Should I bring a pad?
