Can somebody tell me if this is normal to see whilst on your period. I've always suffered from painful heavy periods even though I am on the pill. Last night I had the worst cramps I've ever had and then I have literally just felt this come out of me. Never experienced this before now, I'm 26 non smoker if that is relative.
