Bum acne

So iv got red spots all over by bum 🙈 its been there for months and I have tried everything and it just isn't going I'm so self conscious of it its horrible iv tried the hibbi scrub acne products scrubs washed creams tea tree nothing worked
Has anyone had this and successfully got rid

I don't know if it was acne but I had spots on my bum that looked angry and red. Never sore etc.

I didn't do much except wear cotton pants and went pantless at home to air the cheeks 😬
