Mini pill bleeding

I’ve been on cerezette for 15 months and not had a bleed or period in all that time. Today I’ve been having pink blood when I wipe. Some mild cramps too. I’ve never missed one although taken some late over the past year and never had this until now. Can anyone suggest possible causes please as I’m worried something could be wrong?

I'm on the mini pill and get random bleeds, I can go six months and then have two close together and then not another one again for ages.

Thanks is there a particular reason for it? Ovulation for example as that’s what I’m worried about if it’s failed

I've had more recently having been on it for years. There is a rumour it's linked to the covid jab. I don't know how true but would add up in my case.
