Hello, looking for a bit of advice!
I had the coil fitted a week ago (Tuesday)- light spotting no issues.
Friday night I get some bleeding like my period. It’s got a lot heavier and I’ve lost a fair amount of sizeable clots.
my period isn’t due for another 12 days (when the bleeding started). I usually have very heavy periods but the clots have thrown me.
looked for previous threads but they seem to be after coil is removed.
does anyone have any advice or should I go back to my gp? I don’t want to waste their time if this is normal!
for reference I can still feel the threads.
