Prickly heat

Can anyone recomend a good lotion for prickly heat . And also would taking hayfever tablets help this as it contains antihistamine?

I've had prickly heat in the past, had it badly last year so I spoke to the pharmacist for advice. She recommended antihistamines ( loratadine which is non drowsy) and eurax cream. I would definitely give them a try, the itchiness is a nigjtmare!
