Since having my daughter I've slowly had a few lumps and bumps appear around my back passage 🙈 I'm so embarrassed and it's putting me off having sex as I'm so insecure.

Can the doctors remove them?

Sounds like piles also known as haemorrhoids. The pharmacy will give you ointment or a cream to use to ease them.
