Does anyone has any good tips excercise or food for weightloss

ordered a size 16 trousers , they came and I can’t even do them up made me feel awful !

i don’t hate the way I look weight wise but that just tells me I’ve gained weight and it’s not exactly a slim size to begin with .

I don’t want to be social as just feel rubbish like I must be a lot bigger than I thought in my head

Read the book Why We Eat Too Much by Andrew jenkinson.

(People say they get sick of seeing it recommended on here but I found it through Mumsnet and it was transformative for me so I keep plugging it when someone needs help),
