Hi everyone I'm in need of advice please. I swapped my pill from carazette to microgynon about 2 months ago, carrazette wasnt working for me and i was told to take the new pill continuously to avoid having a period because I've been suffering with irratation below before my period started and doctors think it may be hormonal. The first month was fine no periods and no irratation then I started a period on the 22nd May which I know can happen when swapping a pill but the period ended for 2 days after a month of having one and started again and I've been on since and started to get irritated again which may be down to the bleeding, I just don't know. I'm going to ring the gp tomorrow but I've also noticed a few other symtoms which I'm not sure is related but the symtoms I'm having seems to point towards overactive thyroid. Can that cause long periods? I've had enough now my stomach aches, it's all in the bottom of my back my chest hurts too. Anyone else had this I'm now at a loss. I went for a scan a week ago due to ovarian cysts and told the gyno I've had a month period and she didn't say anything about it. Tia
