My 23 year old daughter had a medical abortion at 6 weeks 5-6th of this month june 2022, it went how it should for 2 weeks from the advice on the leaflet, the 3rd week soaking 2 pads at a time within an hour and passing huge blood clots that literally fell out of her every time she moved, she would pass upto 30 plus a day. Since 24th she has been in hospital on drips, low blood pressure, fevers and chills, a scan could not see her left ovary, they told us this is normal and not to worry,i hope this is the case . On the 29th , she was given a unit of blood and today 30th of we are waiting for her to go in for a surgical abortion as there were still traces of the pregnancy. I would advise any woman to think about the termination procedure they choose. A surgical abortion you return home the same day as the procedure and heal physically quicker. Just my opinion. I would like to add that I also had a surgical abortion when I was 15, I am now 53.
