Having a disaster taking pill at the moment this week I didn't realize I had run out, found on old part pack used for Spares, then realised it was out of date after taking 2, then realised they are the last 10 day pill not first week ones 🤔.
Going to go to go to see if there's something a bit more permanent/ less easy to forget. What do you recommend.
Don't want no accidents!
