Am I losing the plot?

I keep feeling little baby kicks in my tummy, I swear it feels exactly like it.
I didn’t want to post this in the pregnancy forum as I don’t want to be but has anyone else experienced similar or have any idea why?
I’ve taken so many negative pregnancy tests over the past few weeks, I’ve just had my period, they’re pretty regular AND I have a copper IUD.
On the other hand, I have put some weight on so now I’m laid here in bed pretty terrified that I’m pregnant with #3.

Phantom kicks! I get them all the time. Not sure why.

15 months after birth I still get weird phantom kicks!

Thanks for the reassurance! I’ll no doubt continue with the constant pregnancy tests but good to know I’m not the only freak of nature 😂
