Following on from my previous post, I have seen some folic acid multivitamins supplements by the brand 'Seven Seas' and 'Pregnacare' for before conception. Has anyone taken either of these brands and if so, which would you recommend more? Thanks!

Just get the cheapest and a multivitamin and when you get your positive stop the multivit because of the vitamin A. Hopefully
You'll fall pregnant quickly but if not you haven't spent a fortune on a brand name

Thank you! Do you think it's better getting folic acid supplements and multivitamins to take separately or getting both all in the same tablet? If that makes sense.

Just get the supermarket branded £3 ones from Asda/Tesco they're all the same.

You should get the planning for/pregnancy ones, because you shouldn't supplement Vitimin A, and the pregnancy ones won't have this in.
