Breast indentation - photo

Hi guys. Please can anyone reassure me that a breast dimple/indentation can look THIS severe and still be benign.
Ive had a mammo, ultrasound and fine needle biopsy on this indent and all have been clear. I’m now on a 3 month watch and wait, and I feel incredibly uneasy about the whole thing.
I have no lump under the dimple and imaging showed no mass. Yet the breast doctor obviously isn’t 100% reassured otherwise I’d have been discharged instead of put on a 3 month review.
Has anyone heard of anything like this? I’m so scared and can’t believe i have to wait til September to get any closure.
Its on my underboob, and is a Y shaped tethering, and appears when I tense my chest muscles or push my arms firmly by my side.
Im 38.

Honestly I think had there been any questions over any of those tests you'd have been operated on by now. The biopsy is pretty much gold standard and will have shown up anything obviously malignant, or pre malignant. Any growth capable of causing that size of indentation will have jumped off the page on any of those tests.

I think that 3 month watch & wait is just belt & braces. There's unfortunately nothing much else anyone could say on here.

You've gone through 3x types of tests & emerged with no bad diagnosis. There are many who aren't as fortunate as that.

All I can say is just remember that, and sit the 3 months out in as much peace as possible.

I had a dent in my breast, lump also found. Had mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy last June and they told me there and then at that initial appointment they were 99% sure I had cancer.

It was confirmed 2 weeks later. If it's cancer they would know. I'm sure they are just keeping an eye on you which is good.

Thank you both for your reassuring words.
I actually found this dimple 4 weeks after having a clear mammo and ultrasound, so I haven’t had one since finding the dimple…the breast doctor doesn’t feel it necessary but perhaps that’s why I’m struggling to accept it as ok?
The biopsy was just taken from a random spot of skin near to the dimple, as there was no palpable mass to biopsy, so again, maybe this is why I don’t feel reassured.
im scared that I might have a tumour which was too deep to be seen on the scans. I’m only 38 so I think my mammo was probably a bit useless anyway as my boobs are still quite dense. And I don’t think ultrasound can pick up deep tumours (my boobs are 36ff so plenty of places to hide)
im a huge overthinker, clearly.

If you have a lump in your breast, get it checked out by the GP asap and they will refer you.
