So I'm on my pill break at the moment, took a tampon out just now and felt something down there. Wiped myself and this came out? It was like a pouch, about the size of an acorn, and it is freaking me out.

it’s when all the lining of your uterus comes out at once, but I can’t remember the name of it. Someone will be along to say in a minute, I have no doubt!

Thank you guys, it literally felt like the very beginning of labour then I read how your cervix has to pass it...still bleeding like a normal period since then, hopefully nothing to worry about!
