Hi all, I'm really struggling at the minute a bit of background I have hyperthyroidism and graves disease but I'm also going through the menapause. My Ostrogen levels were around 145 a few weeks ago, last year I ended up in hospital with a thyroid storm, I also have a goitre.

I keep being told my thyroid levels are fine but the last 4 months I've not been sleeping and I'm so tired go has also told me I have GERD, is it normal when you have silent reflux to feel gurgling in your ribs?

Also I can hear my heartbeat and it goes up when I move it's scaring the crap out of me, I'm finding myself in a viscous circle of getting myself really anxious, at night I will wake with a racing heart and boiling, but I'm terrified of ending up back in hospital can anyone give me some reassurance please?
